Alan Paylor

President

Mr. Paylor has over 30 years in the real estate and financial services industry. His experience with emerging markets and business development in the real estate services environment will help guide R2L to a market position in the distressed residential mortgage market. He brings experience in not only with default solutions but also with application processing, business outsourcing and mortgage loan servicing within banks, hedge funds and finance companies. Prior to joining R2L, Mr. Paylor was SVP of BSI Financial Services, a recognized national loan subservicer, due diligence and quality control company with offshore offices. Before BSI, Mr. Paylor was President of Stewart Default Solutions a subsidiary of Stewart Lender Services, a full service default provider. His skills were honed as the COO and General Manager of Symetrix, Inc. a mortgage default outsourcer. He held positions with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), a global tier one provider of financial outsourced solutions, Fidelity (ALLTEL/CPI) and First American Real Estate Services. Mr. Paylor has been recognized for his success in growing business and building customer loyalty. He holds a BS and a JD from the University of W. Los Angeles, California and resides in the Houston, Texas.

Christina Whittemore

Broker Liaison

Christina has over seven years of experience in Property Management including Commercial and Residential. She began her career with CB Richard Ellis in 2000 developing her skills in landlord and tenant representation. Her responsibilities included working directly with the investors, tenants and vendors on a national basis with multiple portfolios. Christina honed her skills with Grubb & Ellis and Lincoln Property Company. Most recently, she worked at Eugene Burger Management Company where she served as the liaison between the properties and HUD to ensure all contracts and pre-leasing requirements were met. Her specialties include HUD/Section 8 Affordable Housing as well as being a certified Four Lenses Trainer. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Behavioral Sciences. Christina is a proud Marine wife and is active in volunteering to support Military Families.
