If you are interested in a particular home, please contact us to confirm it is available for your anticipated move-in date or to schedule a tour of the property.  Our application process is quite simple and convenient as most of it can be done online.

Our application process is very straight-forward.  REO Leasing Solutions processes applications according to our Resident Selection Criteria that is based on the verification and review of five factors:

  • Income
  • Employment
  • Credit
  • Rental History
  • Criminal History
If you have concerns about any aspect of our selection criteria and would like to discuss a particular situation, please do not hesitate to contact us. 
 
Time is of the essence as R2L leases our properties on a first-come, first-serve basis. For your convenience and to reserve the home of your choice, please complete our Online Rental Application. If submitting online is not suitable for you, you may also print the application to mail or fax.  Please be sure to fill out the application in its entirety and supply all specified items requested in the application to ensure timely processing. 
 
We will confirm your application was received via email or phone within 24 hours.  The typical processing time for an application is 1 to 3 business days.   The processing time depends on the completeness of the submitted information and how quickly verifications can be obtained from third parties.
